Small or low cost compressed air systems require low cost draining solutions. The JORC-EAD has been designed specially for such economy applications. It is mass produced, no options drain though still incorporating the flexibility to be widely applied and has quality benefits over competitor products such as large discharge orifice and FPM seals for systems where synthetic lubricants are used.

Float drains and manual drains are no longer accepted as reliable drains. Downstream processes can be seriously disrupted, simply because an unreliable drain has been applied. Float drains are notoriously known for their failure rate and are widely recognized as one of the biggest problems of compressed air systems. Manual draining is simply forgotten.

The JORC-EAD is the solution and only alternative to unreliable low cost drains.
